Workout- 

Pull ups 3 x 12
Barbell rowing 4 x 10
Close grip lat pull down 3 x 12

Dumbbell biceps curl 3 x 10
Preacher curls 3 x 10


CrossFit

Warm up-

3 Rounds-

5 Ring rows
5 Push ups
10 Situps

Conditioning-

30 mins AMRAP-

3 Rounds-
200m Run
7 Lateral burpees over MedBalls

Rest 1 min

3 Rounds-
7 Pull ups
7 Push ups

Rest 1 min

Alternate between each circuit. Rest 1 min after the completion of 3 rounds of one circuit.
