10 Lunge walk

Workout – Complete 5 Rounds –

Beginners –
:15 sec work – :15 sec rest
Intermeditiate –
:20 sec work – :15 sec rest
Advance –
:30 sec work – :15 sec rest


* – You can use water bottles instead of dumbbells.
