Warm up –

5 Burpees
7 Situps
10 Bear Crawl

Workout –

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) –

10 Hand release push ups
10 Jump Squats
20 Flutter Kicks
20 Wall Sprints ( Mountain climbers for beginners & Intermediate )
30 Jumping Jacks
30 Bear Crawl


Find your fit –

Beginners –
10 mins AMRAP, Reduce the reps to half for each exercise.

Intermediate –
12 mins AMRAP

Advance –
15 mins AMRAP


Scaling the movements – Exercise Progressions

Advance > Intermediate > Beginners

Wall Sprint > Mountain climbers
