Warm up – 3 Rounds

5 Squats
5 Push ups
10 Bear Crawl

Workout – Rounds for time

5 Burpees
10 Towel Rowing
20 Bear Crawl

Select your Fitness level & Program
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – 5 Rounds for time.

Intermediate – 7 Rounds for time.

Advance – 7 Rounds for time,
7 Burpees
7 Towel Rowing
7 Wall Walk
