Warm up – 3 rounds –

20 Mountain Climbers
10 Situps

Workout –

Bird Dog 3 x 20
Side plank 3 x :30 (each side)
Windshield wiper 3 x 16

Tabata –
Hollow Hold

  1. A great way of doing guided exercises on a daily basis!
    The workout was a bit challenging specially the Side Plank but feeling light later on. Tabata was fun.
