Warm up – 5 Rounds

5 Squats
5 Broad jumps
5 Situps

Workout – Rounds for Time

10 Burpees
15 Leg Raises
20 Steps Bear Crawl
25 Weighted Jumping Jacks

Select your Fitness level & Program

Beginners4 Rounds for time.
Regular jumping jacks, no weights

Intermediate5 Rounds for time.

Advance7 Rounds for time


Perform the prescribed number of rounds for your fitness level as fast as you could. Start with a timer for your main workout. Post the time taken to complete in the comment section below.
