High intensity home exercise routine

Warm up – 3 Rounds

10 Jumping Jacks
10 Sit ups
10 Air Squats

Workout – AMRAP

20 Alternating jumping lunges
10 Pike Push ups
10 V-ups


Select your Fitness level & Program
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins

Intermediate – Complete as many rounds as possible in 13 mins

Advance – Complete as many rounds as possible in 17 mins


Scaling the movements
If a movement is challenging or you haven’t yet mastered the skills required to perform an exercise. Find a scaled down version of the same movement from below. The exercises are listed in the order of difficulty as follows – Advance > Intermediate > Beginners

Alternating jumping lunges > Reverse lunge > Static Lunge
Pike push ups > Pike push ups with knee on box
V-ups > Leg raises
