CrossFit Chipper Workout

Warm up – 3 Rounds

20 Shoulder taps
5 Burpees
5 Sit-ups

Workout – For Time

60 Jump Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
60 Towel Rowing
20 Mountain Climbers
60 Sit-ups
20 Mountain Climbers
60 Push ups


Select your Fitness level & Program
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – Complete half the reps for each exercise except Mountain climbers. 20 Mountain Climbers remains the same.

Intermediate – Complete 40 reps for each exercise.

Advance – Complete all the exercises as fast as possible.
