Bird Dog 3 x 10
Single leg Superman 3 x 10
Tabata Side Plank
Tabata Hollow body Hold
** Tabata – Complete 8 rounds of each exercise in :20 sec Work – :10 sec rest intervals. Complete all 8 rounds of side plank before moving to Hollow body hold.
Finished in around 35 minutes.💪🏻
