18 Steps Bear Crawl ( 9 Forward / 9 Backward )

Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – 5 Rounds for time

Intermediate – 7 Rounds for time

Advance – 10 Rounds for time
