5 Backpack Good Morning
:10 sec side plank (each side)

Workout –

L-Sit 4 x :20 ( If its too challenging. Choose an alternative from below)
Superman towel row 4 x 6
Hollow hold 4 x :30

Tabata – :20 sec work – :10 sec rest x 8
Backpack Russian twist
Flutter Kicks

Scaling the movements
If a movement is challenging or you haven’t yet mastered the skills required to perform an exercise. Find a scaled down version of the same movement from below. The exercises are listed in the order of difficulty as follows – Advance > Intermediate > Beginners

L-Sit > Tuck sit > V-Up hold
