At-home high intensity routine

Warm up – 3 Rounds

10 Glute Bridge
5 Squats
5 Inchworm push ups

Workout –

As Many Rounds As Possible –

10 Sumo Squats
10 Towel Rows
10 Leg Raises
10 HRPU
10 Bear Crawl


Select your Fitness level & Program
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – 10 min AMRAP

Intermediate – 15 mins AMRAP

Advance – 20 mins AMRAP

  1. Sorry for late reply. It was really good 👍AMRAP could do only 3 rounds . Actually 1round was very slow but 2nd and 3rd round I completed in just 4mins.
