Warm up – 3 Rounds
5 Squats
5 Push ups
3 Burpees
Workout –
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
Weighted squats @ 20/10 kg
Towel facing burpees
Complete a total of 10 sets of each exercise. Starting with 1 rep of each exercise, increase a rep each set until you reach 10 reps.

Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.
Men 20 kg wieghts
Women 10 kg weights
If the precribed weight is too heavy, scale according your strength.
