Warm up – 5 Rounds

Squats
Broad Jumps
Sit ups

Workout – Rounds for Time

10 Burpees
15 Leg Raises
20 Steps Bear Crawl
25 Weighted Jumping Jacks

Rounds For Time (RFT)
Complete the specified number of rounds of exercises as fast as possible.


Select your Fitness level & Program – 
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout. 

Beginners – 4 Rounds for time.
Regular jumping jacks, no weights

Intermediate – 5 Rounds for time.

Advance – 7 Rounds for time


Perform the prescribed number of rounds for your fitness level as fast as you could. Start with a timer for your main workout. Post the time taken to complete in the comment section below.
