Warm up – 3 Rounds

10 Glute Bridge
5 Squats
5 Inchworm push ups

Workout – As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) –

20 Weighted Sumo Squats
10 Hand Release Push ups
20 Bend over rows
10 Shoulder Press


Select your Fitness level & Program
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – 12 mins AMRAP
Intermediate – 20 minis AMRAP
Advance – 30 mins AMRAP
