At-home High Intensity Routine

Warm up – 3 Rounds

10 steps Bear Crawl
10 steps Crab Walk

Workout –

Every 1 min for 15 mins, alternating between:
10 Burpees
40 Shoulder Taps
Plank Hold, 45 secs

How to do the workout –
Min 1 : 10 burpees, rest for the remaining time,
Min 2 : 40 Shoulder taps, rest for the remaining time,
Min 3 : 45 sec plank hold, rest for 15 sec,
Min 4 : repeat as above for a total of 15 mins

  1. Too tough….completed 5vround with a little bit of tweaking 😉
    Could do only 7 burpees from third round onwards. Plank hold was only for 20 seconds.
