At-home High Intensity Routine

Warm up – 3 Rounds

5 4-count Burpees
5 Push ups
5 Squats

Workout –

For time:
80 Good Mornings
80 Lunges
60 Bench Dips
60 Burpee Broad Jumps

For time
Complete the given reps for the first exercise before moving to the next. Start a timer & complete all the movements as fast as possible.

Select your Fitness level & Program
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – Perform half the reps of each exercise.
Intermediate – Rx (As prescribed)
Advance – Perform all exercise weighted.

  1. 25 minutes to complete but could do only 20 Broad jump burpees. Chest pain started after that. – Reshma
    Completed 26 broad jump burpees but 75 bench dips in 25 minutes. – Imtiyaz
