5 Sit ups

60 Jump Squats
20 Mountain Climbers
60 Towel Rowing
20 Mountain Climbers
60 Sit ups
20 Mountain Climbers
60 Push ups

For time
Complete the given reps for the first exercise before moving to the next. Start a timer & complete all the movements as fast as possible.
