Metabolic Conditioning Routine

Warm up – 3 Rounds

5 Squats
5 Push ups 
5 Pull ups

Workout –

For Time – 

10 Shuttle Run
50 Air Squats
10 Shuttle Run
50 Push ups
10 Shuttle Run
50 Sit ups
10 Shuttle Run
50 Pull ups

For time
Complete the given reps for the first exercise before moving to the next. Start a timer & complete all the movements as fast as possible.
