High Intensity Conditioning Routine

Warm up – 3 Rounds

5 Squats
5 Push ups

Workout –

21 – 15 – 9

Dumbbell Squats
Lateral Burpees Over Dumbbell

How to
Complete 3 rounds of each exercise as fast as possible. First round 21 reps of each exercise, then 15 reps of each and then 9 reps.

Select your Fitness level & Program
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – Air Squats , Push ups
Intermediate – 
Dumbbell Squats , 4-Count Burpees
Advance – 
Rx (as prescribed)
