High Intensity CrossFit Style Routine

Warm up – 3 Rounds

3 Inchworm Push ups
5 Squats
5 Sit ups, then

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 2 x 5

Workout

Rounds for Time –

10 Thruster
10 Lateral Burpees

Rounds For Time (RFT)
Complete the specified number of rounds of exercises as fast as possible.
