3 Inchworm Push ups, then

Dumbbell Shoulder Press 2 x 10 (light weight dumbbells)

**Practice Dumbbell Hang Clean for 5 mins before starting the workout.

10 Dumbbell Hang Clean to Thruster
75 Single Unders
