Rounds for time –
5 Dumbbell Man Makers
5 Reverse Burpees
**If you can not do reverse burpees, do 5 Sit ups + 5 Jump Squats instead.
*If you do not have hexagonal dumbbell then do 10 man maker without any weights
Rounds For Time (RFT) –
Complete the specified number of rounds of exercises as fast as possible.

Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.
Beginners – 4 RFT
Intermediate – 6 RFT
Advance – 10 RFT
