Warm up – 3 Rounds

5 Push ups
10m Bear Crawl
5 4-Count Burpees


For time-

Dumbbell Floor Press
10 Burpees
Dumbbell Lunge Walk
10 Burpees
Dumbbell Rows
10 Burpees
Dumbbell Thrusters
10 Burpees

For time
Complete the given reps for the first exercise before moving to the next. Start a timer & complete all the movements as fast as possible.

Select your Fitness level & Program
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – 20 reps of each dumbbell exercise.
Intermediate – 40 reps of each dumbbell exercise.
Advance – 75 reps of each dumbbell exercise.

  1. Completed intermediate in 22 minutes with a little tweaking.😉
    In the workout, I did 4-count burpee from the second round as my head was feeling a strange pressure while doing the normal burpee.
