Warm up – 3 Rounds

30 Single unders
5 Burpees
5 Sit ups

Workout –

Circuit – 30sec work : 15sec rest

Mountain Climbers
Air Squats
Push ups
Alternate Leg Raises
Superman Hold

Rest 1 min, then

Repeat 5 rounds total

How to
Select your fitness level and perform each exercise for the specified duration of work and rest intervals. After completing 1 round, rest for a min before starting the next round. Repeat the entire circuit for a total of 5 rounds.

Select your Fitness level & Program
Based on your current fitness level, select the right number of sets, reps or intensity for the given workout.

Beginners – 15 sec work : 15 sec rest
Intermediate – 25 sec work : 15 sec rest
Advance – 40 sec work : 15 sec rest
