50 Single unders
5 Squats
5 Push ups
**Watch the demo video for dumbbell swings and practice for 5-10 mins before actually starting the workout.
Workout –
Rounds for time –
15 Kettlebell / Dumbbell Swings
10 Burpee Broad jumps
Rounds For Time (RFT) –
Complete the specified number of rounds of exercises as fast as possible.
