Full Body Strength Routine

Warm up –

3 Rounds –

5 Burpees
10 Crab walk

Workout –

Weighted Push ups 3 x 10
Bent over row 3 x 12

Seated shoulder press 3 x 10
Backpack Squats 3 x 10

Bent over lateral raises 3 x 10
Dumbbell biceps curls 3 x 10
Triceps kick backs 3 x 10 (each arm)

Scaling the movements
If a movement is challenging or you haven’t yet mastered the skills required to perform an exercise. Find a scaled down version of the same movement from below. The exercises are listed in the order of difficulty as follows – Advance > Intermediate > Beginners

W. push up > Push ups
Backpack Squats > Air Squats
