CrossFit Style HIIT Routine

Warm up – 3 Rounds

5 Squats
5 DB Good Morning
3 Burpees

Workout –

Rounds for time –

20 Single arm Overhead Walking Lunges (Switch arm every 10 reps)
50 Single unders
20 Kettlebell / Dumbbell Swings

Rounds For Time (RFT)
Complete the specified number of rounds of exercises as fast as possible.
