100 Squats
10m Shuttle Run x 5
80 Sit ups
10m Shuttle Run x 5
60 Sit ups
10m Shuttle run x 5
40 Push ups
10m Shuttle Run x 5
20 Pull ups / 50 Towel Rows

Complete the given reps for the first exercise before moving to the next. Start a timer & complete all the movements as fast as possible.
